This lot consists of 1 new unopened unpainted unbuilt unstarted complete Walthers HO Cornerstone building kit. It is based on a large 4 story structure manufacturing plant or warehouse with water tank on the roof building kit. It can serve as an industry, warehouse,
factory typically found in cities near railroad shipping
lines. This is a model of a structure that could be used during the diesel or steam era. There is a covered loading dock, fire escape office, silos elevator and piping. Building footprint is about 13" X 8"  Molded in three colors plus clear plastic for windows. Building kit number 933-3046. Figures and vehicles trains and background structures are not included. The weight of the shipping carton will be 3 pounds and the dimensions are about 18"X13"X 4". I do not have photos of the finished models other than those provided on the packaging
