Vintage Metal Veeder-Root Clutch Speed Counter
Made in Hartford Connecticut - USA
Wheel turns fine and when pressed in and turned - the numbers start to flip over.
Box and instructions in rough shape.
Looks to have all the parts with it (2 ends)
3" Long
Not tested
