Description and application of the pulse counter MES-54:
Pulse counter MES-54 is designed to count 5000 pulses with a repetition frequency of 50 Hz and a smooth frequency change:
a) when the ratio of the pulse duration to the pause duration of 1.5: 1 and the average current for a period of 6 mA;
b) when the ratio of the pulse duration to the duration of the pause 1:1.5 and the average current for a period of 2 mA.
Technical characteristics of the meter MES-54:
The error in the count is not more than 0.1 % of the number of pulses per counter.
The coil resistance of the meter MES-54 2200 Ohms plus, minus 220 Ohms.
The dielectric strength of 500 V.
Insulation resistance of at least 20 MOhm
The pulse counter MES-54 starts counting the pulses already from +6 volts.
The date of manufacture 1976.  Similar devices were using in military production and Soviet industry in period USSR.
