This is a set of 10 GM black wiring harness retainer clips.  You just simply tape these to your wiring harness and just push them in. These push into a 1/4" hole.

hese were used on many years of different GM models from the 50s through the 90s.

Do not go off of the compatibility chart as it may not be correct.
