  • Condition: Maroon wool beret body has the circular weave construction indicative of WW2 period construction. The lining has been removed. The yellow/blue beret flash is the flash worn by the 504th Infantry regiment and is an early cut edge embroidered example. Enameled "STRIKE HOLD" distinctive insignia is early Vietnam War period with clutch back fasteners. The cap body exhibits several spots of storage wear/small insect damage. Still, a good collectible example.
