Up for auction is a beautiful cast iron Ney Mfg. hay trolley with a patent date of 1887. This wonderful example of one of Loudens steel track hay trolleys has been thoroughly cleaned, oiled and wiped down then waxed. The drop pulley is the correct pulley and locks into place as it should. Particular attention was given to saving as much of the original patina as possible. There are tons of the original black paint still showing. Every component of this working trolley functions as it should. The trolley is in very good condition with no repairs. It is 18" tall with the drop pulley in place x 13 1/2" long x 7" wide. A fantastic trolley that will make a spectacular stand alone piece or a nice addition to your collection.
